ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No returns are accepted under any circumstances of customer error. I will not exchange for other colors or sizes as these items are given so much time and effort to create. Please always TRIPLE check your order is correct at purchase. I am open to mending or altering a garment if possible to fit for an alteration fee.

Dye colors are hand dyed and always have the possibility of being slightly different than shown on screen, I will not accept returns for this either. This is just the nature of small batch hand dying,

Your confirmation email will show your order number when contacting me please reference it.

I DO NOT CANCEL ORDERS. ALL SALES FINAL. This includes orders that are still in production passed the estimated turnaround time, please read the “turnaround time” tab for more information on that. Once an order is in the mail system I am no longer responsible for the package it is the mail systems and customer responsibility to track and ensure delivery. If you would like to pay to insure every garment in your package email me and I can invoice you for the updated shipping costs. All packages come standard with 50$ insurance.

ANY ORDER CHANGE, like color or size or adding a note is 30$ please make sure your order is correct angels! No changes will be accepted after 72 hours of purchase. Shipping address can be changed for free if absolutely necessary, however I encourage anyone moving to have your mail forwarded to your new address through usps so any packages or mail sent to your old address just gets rerouted to your new address automatically.
